The WP1-B2-400 system is used for cleaning of EAL bio, lubrication, hydraulic and gear oil. The system removes water, soot, particles, varnish and oxidation residues in the oil.
The filter system is used in the maritime business and other industries to obtain optimal operating reliability of the equipment and to extend the lifetime of oil.
The system comprises of a pump and motor unit together with a GreenOil filter and a built in water separator.
The pump continuously feeds the oil through the filter, where particles and water are removed. The oil is then returned by gravity back to the equipment.
The patented water separator is unique because the oil passes through and the water is separated by heated air. The process results in removing free, dissolved and bound water without damaging the oil properties.
The filter insert is replaced without the use of tools, oil spill or physical contact with the oil.
